Be sure to take a look at our Fall Lapbook.
9.30 - From now until the end of the year, our goal is to finish uploading our minibooks and notebooking pages to our Bible Page, Ancient Civilizations and other units. In addition, our huge unit that we do with our annual co-op each year will be uploaded as well. What is the unit? Mmmmm, it's a surprise,
but we will notify all the members when it's uploaded.
9.24. Thank you to Donnette at St Aidens Homeschool in South Africa. In order to help you round out your unit study, we are adding some of her delightful notebooking pages and e-books. These pages will be spread throughout my site along with the units they relate to. Enjoy and thank you Donnette!
When you get a minute be sure to swing by her site and sign up for her newsletter so that you receive your subscriber's exclusive freebies...Weeeeeeeeeeee...
9.22. The Fall Lapbook has been updated to include minibooks for an older child. We added a couple more covers for lapbooks or notebooks, a photosynthesis wheel, fact book about products from trees, know your leaves mini book, why do leaves change colors book, copywork from Genesis and a fall poem.
If something is not working right, we have no way of knowing. If you can't download a file, or it gives you the wrong one, please let us know. Thank you! Enjoy!
~ Welcome to all our new members! ~

We love this picture of a wagon that was taken at the Buckhorn Museum in San Antonio, Texas. It is one of our favorite places to visit about Texas and the Old West. If you get over this way, it is worth the visit.
Too, we feel a certain kindred spirit with the pioneers of the West. Sometimes as homeschoolers we feel that we are trekking "new territory" when we begin our day with our children.
Our site is all about those "trails" we have made and sharing that with you.
ABOUT OUR SITE
It is about sharing free lapbooks, notebooks and unit studies along with some of this "this and that".
Kelley and I lead a co-op here locally. So our freebies are part of the work we do for the co-op along with some of our own personal unit studies. So why not share with you? We hope you receive some benefit from it. Our site is a work of the heart.
Too, we have a commercial license for a lot of our clipart, but it is at no charge to you. We respect copyright and do our best to attribute people.
ABOUT OUR LAPBOOKS
Since our co-op is about socializing, a lot of our lapbooks are simple and easy to make. All of our co-op members do lots of writing in their homeschooling day, not to mention their fair share of a worksheet or two, so we wanted simple lapbooks. We didn't want them so involved that we couldn't get them done. Hmmmm.... we have been there before, have you? LOL
Also, it seems easier to find lapbooks for the younger kids, but not our middle school and high school kids. So a lot of our lapbooks can be used for this age as well. From time to time, you will see where we adapted the lapbooks for younger kids or visa versa.
Did we mention we have a kid or two among the bunch that doesn't like to write? So we do provide some information on most of our units that can be used.
Bottom line: You can download a mini book or two and put with your printables or download the whole thing. Our lapbooks are like many others in the sense that you can make it as thorough as you want.
